Meeting Minutes Municipal Property Corporation Regular Meeting December 8, 2020| Immediately following the IDA Chandler City Council Chambers Webex Meeting +1-415-655-0001 Access Code: 145 235 1412 Call to Order The meeting was called to order by President Ed Salanga at 7:45 a.m. Roll Call Commission Attendance Staff Attendance President Ed Salanga Dawn Lang, Management Services Director Vice President Jay London Kelly Schwab, City Attorney Secretary/Treasurer Kurt Johansen Kristi Smith, Accounting Manager Director Shannon Wilson Lucy Vazquez, Management Assistant Director Victor Napolitano Scheduled and Unscheduled Public Appearances None. Approval of Minutes Director Napolitano moved to approve the December 10, 2019, Regular Meeting Minutes. Vice President Jay London seconded the motion. Motion approved. Briefing Items and Discussion a. State of Arizona Corporation Commission Annual Report – Kristi Smith presented the annual report and mentioned it was filed and requirements were met for the Municipal Property Corporation. There were no questions from the board. b. IRS Form 990 – Kristi Smith presented the IRS Form 990 and mentioned it was filed and requirements were met for the Municipal Property Corporation. Election of officers as proposed: President, Kurt Johansen; Vice President Shannon Wilson; Secretary/Treasurer, Jay London; Director (s), Victor Napolitano and Ed Salanga.
