Buffalo Street Chandler, Arizona 85225 July 28, 2021 To Whom It May Concern, GTC Chandler LLC dba Good Time Charii’s is requesting a renewal of their live entertainment use permit. Good Time Charli's is located at 6045 W. Chandler Blvd Suite 7 in the Kyrene Shopping Center on the southwest corner of Kyrene and Chandler Blvd. This is a neighborhood gastro pub with live entertainment. Good Time Charli's is a 3,980 square foot restaurant and the patio is 489 square feet with 69 seats. The patio is fully enclosed with a 4 % foot block wall. Multiple ficus trees were planted on the boundary of the patio to help mitigate sound. Regular business hours will be from 11am until 2am Monday to Friday and Yam until 2am Saturday and Sunday. We employ 7 full time and 29 part time employees. We have 121 indoor restaurant seats and 14 bar seats. The restaurant has 21 televisions throughout the inside and 2 televisions on the south wall of the patio for sporting events. There are 6 — 6-inch speakers throughout the restaurant and 2 - éinch speakers on the patio. We will provide live entertainment up to 4 nights a week usually on Friday and Saturday nights with a 3 or 4 person classic rock, jazz, or acoustical performers. They occasionally offer karaoke and solo performers. The live entertainment when indoors will continue to face north away from the neighborhood. We will limit use of the door that faces the neighborhood towards the east for emergency exit only during these times. Extra sound barriers were placed to absorb sound within the restaurant and will constantly be monitored. The live entertainment has a designated section indoor and when there is no live entertainment, this area is used for dining. We will continue to follow the stipulation of live acoustical music on the patio during weekends, kept at a low volume, playing no later than 89m. We may occasionally have guest who will get up and dance but there we will not have a dance floor.
