Chicago St., Chandler, AZ Call to Order The meeting was called to order by Mayor Kevin Hartke at 4:04 p.m. Roll Call Council Attendance Appointee Attendance Mayor Kevin Hartke Josh Wright, Acting City Manager Vice Mayor Mark Stewart Debra Stapleton, Assistant City Manager Councilmember OD Harris, Dawn Lang, Deputy City Manager/CFO Councilmember Terry Roe Kelly Schwab, City Attorney Councilmember René Lopez Dana DeLong, City Clerk Councilmember Christine Ellis, attended telephonically Councilmember Matt Orlando Staff in Attendance Rae Lynn Nielsen, Human Resources Director Rowena Laxa, Assistant City Attorney Set an Executive Session 1. Meet and Confer--A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(5) – Discussion and consultation with designated representatives of the City in order to consider its position and provide instruction to its representatives regarding meet and confer and memorandum of understanding discussions with employee organizations. ∑ Chandler Lieutenants and Sergeants Association – CLASA ∑ Chandler Law Enforcement Association – CLEA ∑ International Association of Fire Fighters Local 493 Chandler Chapter – IAFF Action Agenda Motion and Vote Vice Mayor Stewart moved to hold an Executive Session Meeting immediately following the Special Meeting; seconded by Councilmember Roe.
