1. 
Litigation and Contracts--A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3) and (A)(4) – Discussion or consultation with 
the City Attorney for legal advice and in order to consider its position and instruct its City 
Attorneys regarding the City’s position regarding contracts that are the subject of 
negotiations, in litigation or in settlement discussions conducted in order to avoid or resolve 
litigation relating to contracts with DT Chandler, LLC for the Overstreet Development and 
Parking Garage and Sites 1 and 2 located generally in the southwest corner of Chandler 
Boulevard and Arizona Avenue.

Action Agenda Motion and Vote 
Councilmember Roe moved to hold an Executive Session Meeting immediately following the Special 
Meeting; seconded by Councilmember Orlando.  
 
Motion carried unanimously (7-0).
