Real Property--A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3),(A)(4) and (A)(7) – Discussion or consultation with the 
City Attorney for legal advice and with City representatives to consider its position and 
provide instruction relating to contracts that are the subject of negotiation for the lease of 
approximately 1.6 acres of city-owned real property located at 2250 S. Stinson Way.

City Attorney for legal advice and with City representatives to consider its position and 
provide instruction relating to contracts that are the subject of negotiation for the sale of 
approximately 1/3 acre of city-owned real property located at 200 S. Oregon Streat and 210 
S. Oregon Street. 
 
Action Agenda Motion and Vote 
Councilmember Ellis moved to hold an Executive Session Meeting immediately following the Special 
Meeting; seconded by Councilmember Harris.  
 
Motion carried unanimously (7-0).
