Narrative I-10 Premier Auto Sales 850 S Bogle Ave Chandler, AZ 85225 To whom it may concern: I-10 Premier Auto Sales is an established business for over 13 years in the Chandler-Phoenix Area. We will be selling used cars and trucks to consumers on a daily basis. Our goal is to provide a great Automotive buying experience to the public with customer satisfaction as our priority. I-10 Premier Auto Sales will sell vehicles on company property. There will be no automotive services provided on site. No body or mechanic work will be provided on the property. We anticipate averaging around 5-10 customers per day visiting the location. We will also be selling and advertising vehicles online and through social media. All of the vehicles will be stored either in the back of the building or in the back lot which will be on the diagram. We only use prime banks and do not do “buy here pay here” loans. Vehicles will not be parked in front of the building. The maximum number of vehicles on our lot at any given time would be 60-70. The building and location is perfect for our small family owned car dealership providing quality vehicles to the public. Our building here has around 6,000 square feet with 7 offices up front and a small warehouse in the back will fit eleven vehicles. We also have an employee lounge and two bathrooms which are handicap accessible. We have 12 employees currently at I-10 Premier Auto Sales. I 10 Premier Auto Sales is an appointment based Auto Sales business and all vehicles will be store behind the block wall with no outdoor vehicles displayed outside. For sale vehicles will only be displayed within the building or behind the block wall. Our hours of operation are 9am to 6pm Monday through Saturday. We will be closed on Sunday! Sam Lutrin | 850 S.
