Memorandum for Record Date: April 11, 2022 Re: Certification of Public Hearing for 2022 Annual Plan and Capital Fund The City of Chandler Housing and Redevelopment Division conducted a public hearing for the 2022 Annual Plan and Capital Fund on Feb. 2, 2022 in compliance with 24 CFR Part 605. The 45-day comment period began on Jan. 23, 2022 through March 9, 2022 and no comments were received. Written comments were requested at all resident meetings held on Dec. 21, 2021 and Feb. 24, 2022, where plan and policy materials were discussed. Policy and plan documents were made available on the website at www.chandleraz.gov/affordablehousing and in the Housing Office located at 235 S. Arizona Ave., Chandler, AZ 85225.
