CITY OF CHANDLER AGREEMENT NO. PD2-680-4356

THIS AMENDMENT NO. 1 (Amendment No. 1) is made and entered into by and between the City of
Chandler, an Arizona municipal corporation (City), and 030530 Uniforms, LLC, dba Ace Uniforms of
Phoenix (Contractor), (City and Contractor may individually be referred to as Party and collectively
referred to as Parties) and made

, 2022 (Effective Date).

RECITALS

WHEREAS, the Parties entered into an agreement for police duty gear (Agreement); and

WHEREAS, the term of the Agreement was August 31, 2021, through August 30, 2022, with the option
of up to four one-year extensions; and

WHEREAS, the Parties wish to exercise the first option through this Amendment to extend the
Agreement for one year.

AGREEMENT

NOW THEREFORE, the Parties agree as follows:

1.
The recitals are accurate and are incorporated and made a part of the Agreement by this
reference.

2.
Section III is amended to read as follows: The Agreement is extended for a one-year period,
August 31, 2022, through August 30, 2023.

3.
Section IV is amended to read as follows: The City will pay the Contractor the per unit cost set
forth in Revised Exhibit B of the original Agreement, attached to and made a part of this
Amendment No. 1. Total payments made to the Contractor during the term of this Amendment
No. 1 will not exceed $80,000.

SPECIFICATIONS

I.
Background:
The City of Chandler is soliciting bids to establish a term contract(s) for miscellaneous police
supplies. This contract will include the general law enforcement supplies needed for the City of
Chandler’s Police Department. Items will be ordered on an as-needed basis throughout the term of
the contract and purchase volume is guaranteed.

The City will select the vendor(s) it determines can best satisfy the needs of the City in regards to
variety and comprehensiveness of product offerings, quality of product brands offered and vendor’s
service capabilities. Commonly ordered supplies and equipment are listed below. Although
commonly ordered items are identified, the list below is not inclusive of all police supplies that may
be ordered under the contract(s).

II.
Scope and Minimum Requirements:
It is the intent of these specifications to describe the minimum standards acceptable for
miscellaneous police equipment and supplies. The Police Department has uniform standards and,
where named, specific brands of duty gear are required and may not be substituted.

Order Delivery: Unless otherwise agreed between the City and the Contractor, items shall be
delivered within 30 days of order.

Returns: Unless otherwise agreed between the City and the Contractor, there shall be no fees
associated with the return of items ordered under this contract.
