Real Property--A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3), (A)(4), and (A)(7) – Discussion or consultation with the 
City Attorney for legal advice and with City representatives to consider its position and 
provide instruction relating to contracts that are the subject of negotiation and the 
purchase, sale, or lease of approximately .36 acres of City-owned real property located at 
200 and 210 S. Oregon Street, Chandler, AZ.

Real Property--A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3), (A)(4), and (A)(7) – Discussion or consultation with the 
City Attorney for legal advice and with City representatives to consider its position and 
provide instruction relating to contracts that are the subject of negotiation and the 
purchase, sale, or lease of approximately 1.77 acres of City-owned real property located at 
the northwest corner of Buffalo Street and Washington Street and known as “Site 7”. 
 
Action Agenda Motion and Vote 
Councilmember Lopez moved to hold an Executive Session Meeting immediately following the Special 
Meeting; seconded by Vice Mayor Roe.  
 
Motion carried unanimously (7-0).
