AMENDMENT TO CITY OF CHANDLER AGREEMENT 
RECREATION AND AQUATIC COURSE INSTRUCTORS 
CITY OF CHANDLER AGREEMENT NO. CS8-961-3857 
 
THIS AMENDMENT NO. 2 (Amendment No. 2) is made and entered into by and between the City of 
Chandler, an Arizona municipal corporation (City), and Desert Kids Sports & Fitness, LLC dba 
JumpBunch, (Contractor), (City and Contractor may individually be referred to as Party and collectively 
referred to as Parties) and made ____________________ , 2022 (Effective Date). 
 
RECITALS 
 
WHEREAS, City Council approved the award of multiple Agreements for recreation and aquatic course 
instructors (Agreement); and 
 
WHEREAS, the term of the Agreement was November 1, 2021, through December 31, 2021, with the 
option of up to four one-year extensions; and 
 
WHEREAS, the term of the Agreement was extended January 1, 2022, through December 31, 2022; 
and 
 
WHEREAS, the Parties wish to add funds to the current term of the Agreement.  
 
AGREEMENT 
 
NOW THEREFORE, the Parties agree as follows: 
 
1. 
The recitals are accurate and are incorporated and made a part of the Agreement by this 
reference.    
 
2. 
Section IV, Payment of Compensation and Fees is amended to increase the annual spending 
limit by $300,000, for a revised not to exceed amount of $550,000, for the term ending 
December 31, 2022, per pricing set forth in Exhibit B of the original agreement.
