This project is for the city of chandler main Police Department Generator Replacement. S. J. Anderson Co. 
was asked if we could supply an equipment only proposal for the special electric gear. Due to the times 
that we are in as far as supply issues. we have the equipment that is on the plan set dated 6/30/22. The 
Electric plans are from LSW Engineering, dated 6/30/22 and they are 95% plans as of this date. Some of 
the items are NPP priced, and they have ship dates as well. All of the equipment in this proposal will be 
long lead time items, anywhere from 60 to 75 week as of today's date 8/2/22. We will work with the city of 
Chandler on dates after the submittals are approved by the Engineer, at that point we will be able to lock in 
the shipment dates. I will let the city know of any and all updates on the ship dates. S. J. Anderson Co. will 
not be able to supply a job equipment schedule at this time. All of this equipment will be FOB City of 
Chandler, and the city will store all of the equipment until the project starts.

required by Law for which an exemption does not exist. If the Contractor is 
required to pay sales tax on non-exempt material, equipment, services or other 
items purchased in connection with a Purchase Order, the Member will 
reimburse the Contractor for such tax, without mark-up, provided the 
Contractor submits the appropriate documentation therefore.
The base cost of the Taxes is $1.00. The quantity used will adjust the base
