The program is designed to encourage communities to
save water while maintaining thriving landscape areas.
Provides a monthly landscape water budget based on
weather conditions to help reveal ways to reduce water
use, save money, and optimize sustainable watering
practices.
Provides
access
to
a
visually
intuitive
platform
(Waterfluence)
that
tracks
water
use
and
issues
customized watering recommendations based on the
landscape water use budget.
Site contacts can authorize third parties such as HOA
board members and landscape contractors to access
site information.

A customized map, will be created for 
each site using aerial imagery that 
includes measurements of irrigated turf, 
irrigated shrubs/trees, and water 
features.

HOA site managers have access to maintain and manage site contacts to maximize
program engagement.
City of Chandler will send site specific messages to HOAs. Messages might include
information on potential leaks, suggested repairs, other landscape programs, and useful
hyperlinks.
