Colorado St., Chandler, Arizona, on Wednesday, November 9, 2022. THE MEETING WAS CALLED TO ORDER BY CHAIR GRIEVE AT 10:02 am The following members answered roll call: Chelsea Grieve Commissioner LaTisha Codkind Commissioner Dawn Curtis Commissioner Teresa Lynn Commissioner Also in attendance: Katie Cain Chandler Police Victim Services/DV Commission Staff Liaison Carrie Kearney Executive Director of Live Love Chandler Ellya Stewart Victim Advocate for My Sister’s Place/Pathways Program Katrina Trask ASU Intern for My Sister’s Place DISCUSSION 1. Community Outreach Subcommittee - Discussion of options for Art Project – bring awareness of February Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month and April Child Abuse Awareness Month - have the art displayed for Field of Hope Event. Invitation to attend January meeting will be sent to Mark Whitaker, Exchange Club Member so he can discuss Field of Hope 2023. Healthy Relationships tabling event at CUSD was discussed. DV Commissioners will do a tabling event at Andersen Junior High School on November 29th.
