Approval of Minutes Director Salanga moved to approve the December 8, 2020, Regular Meeting Minutes. Vice President Wilson seconded the motion. Motion approved (5-0). Briefing Items and Discussion a. State of Arizona Corporation Commission Annual Report – Kristi Smith presented the annual report and mentioned it was filed and requirements were met for the Municipal Property Corporation. There were no questions from the board. b. IRS Form 990 – Kristi Smith presented the IRS Form 990 and mentioned it was filed and requirements were met for the Municipal Property Corporation.
