Unscheduled Public Appearances None. Action Agenda 2. November 8, 2022 Minutes. Approval of the November 8, 2022 Mayor’s Youth Commission minutes. Action Agenda Motion and Vote COMMISSIONER DUPATI moved to approve the November 8, 2022 Mayor’s Youth Commission meeting minutes. Seconded by COMMISSIONER SIVAKUMARAN. Motion carried unanimously. Briefing 2. Event Opportunity – City Council Meeting and City Hall Tour CHAIR HIYUN LEE provided a debrief of the MYC January event opportunity. CHAIR LEE described that this event will be similar to years past, with a tour of City Hall at 5:00pm, followed by the opportunity to view a City Council Meeting at 6:00pm. 3. Event Debrief – Parade of Lights Judging VICE CHAIR AMITESH BHARATI provided an update that this volunteer opportunity did not happen, as the event was cancelled due to rain. 4. Event Debrief – Senior Holiday Dinner Dance COMMISSIONER QUANG provided a debrief of the volunteer opportunity. COMMISSIONER QUANG explained that Volunteers assisted serving food to seniors attending the event, and that it was a nice way to give back. ALEXIS APODACA commended Commissioners that attended the event, saying that she received positive feedback from staff at the event about the Commissioners behavior as representatives of the City. 5. Teen Leadership Academy Planning Page 3 of 3 Commissioners broke out into small groups and continued to plan the Teen Leadership Academy. Member Comments/Announcements None. Calendar 6. City Council Meeting and City Hall Tour – Monday, January 23rd, 5:00pm The next meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 9th, at 5:00 p.m., at Chandler City Hall, 5th Floor Conference Room, 175 S.
