Action Agenda Motion and Vote Commissioner Lee moved to approve the January 10, 2023 Mayor’s Youth Commission meeting minutes. Seconded by Commissioner Sivakumaran. Motion carried unanimously. Briefing 2. Chandler Museum Tour Commissioners joined Jody Crago, Mueum Manager, for a tour of the Chandler Museum to learn about the exhibits currently on display for the Chandler community. Mr. Crago discussed how the museum was built and funded, their purpose, and the role that previous Youth Commissioners played in the Museum's design. 3. Event Debrief - City Council Meeting and City Hall Tour Commissioner Patel provided a debrief of Commissioner's experience at the City Hall Tour and City Council Meeting. 4. Event Debrief - Daddy Daughter Dance Commissioner Ong provided a debrief of Commissioners volunteer experience at the Daddy Daughter Dance. 5. Event Opportunity - State of the City Chair Lee discussed Commissioners upcoming engagement opportunity, Mayor Hartke's State of the City event. 6. Teen Leadership Academy Planning Page 3 of 3 Commissioners broke out into small groups and continued to plan the Teen Leadership Academy. Member Comments/Announcements None. Calendar 7. Mayor's Youth Commission Meeting – Tuesday, April 11th at 5:00pm 8. State of the City - Thursday, February 16th at 5:30pm 9. Teen Leadership Academy - March 14 and 15th, 8am - 5pm Informational Items Adjourn Motion to adjourn was made by Commissioner Sivakumaran, seconded by Commissioner Patel.
