CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 4:22 p.m. by Chris McMullan.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Mari Jo Whitaker made a motion to approve the minutes of the October 27, 2022
meeting. Mike Halle seconded the motion. The minutes were approved
unanimously.
ACTION AGENDA
None
BRIEFING ITEMS
a. The committee had no new applications to the Cultural Foundation. LaTricia
had made several attempts to contact one applicant for her screening interview,
but they were not able to connect.
b. Achille Kombat, a Kolbe Certified Consultant, presented on the results of the
Kolbe A assessment that the committee members had taken.

a. Next meeting will be Thursday, January 26, 2023, at 4:15p.m. This meeting will
be held at Chandler Museum (Saguaro Room), 300 S. Chandler Village Dr.,
Chandler, AZ 85226.
