action taken by the City as soon as reasonably possible. Licensee shall be responsible for repair at its sole expense 
of any of its facilities damaged pursuant to any such action taken by City. 
14.31 
Blue Stake. Licensee must comply with A.R.S. §§ 40-360.21-360.32 by participating as a member of the 
Arizona Blue Stake Center with the necessary records and persons to provide location service of Licensee s 
facilities upon receipt of a locate call or as promptly as possible, but in no event later than two (2) working days. A 
copy of the License or proof of membership must be filed with the City. 
14.32 
Inspection and Audit of License Provisions. All books, accounts, reports, files, and other records related to 
or arising out Licensee's payment obligations under this License (collectively "Records") are subject at all 
reasonable times to inspection and audit by the City including for three years after the expiration or termination of 
this License. Licensee must produce the Records at a mutually agreed to time and location within Maricopa County, 
Arizona. 
14.33 
Authority. Each party represents to the other that the person signing on its behalf has the legal right and 
authority to execute, enter, and bind such party to the commitments and obligations set forth herein.
