RESOLUTION NO.  5668 
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHANDLER, 
ARIZONA, APPROVING AN OVERLASH AGREEMENT TO QWEST 
CORPORATION, 
DOING 
BUSINESS 
AS 
CENTURYLINK 
QC, 
TO 
CONSTRUCT, INSTALL, OPERATE, AND MAINTAIN OVERLASHED 
CABLES IN THE PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY AND ON OTHER CITY-
OWNED PROPERTY, AS APPROPRIATE. 
WHEREAS, the City of Chandler believes that it is in the City’s best interest to issue an overlash 
agreement for such purpose.  
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Chandler, Arizona: 
Section 1. 
Approves the City of Chandler Overlash Agreement Issued to Qwest Corporation 
D/B/A CenturyLink QC in the form attached hereto as Exhibit “A” and 
incorporated herein by reference.  
Section 2. 
Authorizes the Mayor of the City of Chandler to execute the overlash agreement on 
behalf  of the City of Chandler.  
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Chandler, Arizona, this ____ day 
of March 2023.
