Consent Agenda and Discussion 1. December 7, 2022, Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting Minutes Move Planning and Zoning Commission approve Planning and Zoning Commission meeting minutes of the Study Session of December 7, 2022, and Regular Meeting of December 7, 2022. COMMISSIONER VELASQUEZ stated there is an error in the spelling of Harley Mehlhorn’s name on page one of both the Study Session and the Regular Meeting Minutes. 2. December 7, 2022, Design Review Committee Meeting Minutes Move Planning and Zoning Commission approve Design Review Committee meeting minutes of the Regular Meeting of December 7, 2022. CHAIRMAN HEUMANN confirmed there were no questions or comments from the Commission Members on this item. 3. PLH22-0064 Horsepower Automotive Group - Propane Tank ALISA PETTERSON, SENIOR PLANNER presented details regarding the request for Use Permit approval for two 1,000-gallon propane tanks within the Queen Creek Commerce Center located at the southwest corner of Queen Creek Road and Hamilton Street. DAVID DE LA TORRE, PLANNING MANAGER introduced Senior Planner, Alisa Petterson, to the Commission. He stated Alisa started with the City of Chandler in August 2022 and she has many years of experience as an architect. He further stated staff is happy to have her on the planning team. CHAIRMAN HEUMANN welcomed Senior Planner Alisa Petterson and confirmed there were no questions or comments from the Commission Members regarding this item. 4. PLH22-0005 Crown Castle Wireless Move Planning and Zoning Commission continue Use Permit PLH22-0005 Crown Castle Wireless to the March 1, 2023, Planning and Zoning Commission Hearing, as requested by the Applicant. CHAIRMAN HEUMANN confirmed there were no questions or comments from the Commission Members on this item. 5. Notice of Cancellation of the February 1, 2023, and February 15, 2023 Planning and Zoning Commission Hearings Move Planning and Zoning Commission cancel February 1, 2023, and February 15, 2023, Planning and Zoning Commission Hearings. Calendar The next Study Session will be held before the Regular Meeting on Wednesday, March 1, 2023, in the Chandler City Council Chambers, 88 E. Chicago Street.
