RESOLUTION NO. 5675 
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHANDLER, 
ARIZONA, 
REPEALING THE 
CURRENT 
COUNCIL 
RULES 
AND 
PROCEDURES AND ADOPTING REVISED CHANDLER CITY COUNCIL 
RULES AND PROCEDURES. 
WHEREAS, Article II of the Charter for the City of Chandler outlines the positions, powers and 
duties of the City Council.    
WHEREAS, Article II Section 2.12 of the Charter for the City of Chandler describes the 
procedures of the City Council, including that the Council shall determine its own rules, order of 
business and conduct of public meetings.  
WHEREAS, the current Council Rules and Procedures were first adopted on September 29, 2005, 
and last amended on March 29, 2010.  
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Chandler, Arizona, 
that:  
Section 1. 
That the Chandler City Council Rules and Procedures adopted by Resolution Nos. 
3884, 3955, and 4392 are hereby repealed. 
Section 2. 
The Revised Council Rules and Procedures as set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto 
and incorporated by this reference are hereby adopted.  
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Chandler, Arizona, this 23rd day of 
March, 2023.
