The meeting was called to order by Mayor Kevin Hartke at 6:00 p.m.

2. Proclamation – Valley Bike Week 
MAYOR HARTKE read the proclamation and invited Jason Crampton, Transportation Planning 
Manager, and Nancy Jackson, Transportation Planning Program Coordinator, to accept.   
 
MS. JACKSON thanked Council for the support and invited Chandler residents to get involved with 
Valley Bike Month celebrations.

Move to approve the Council meeting minutes of the Special Meeting - Council Retreat of 
February 1, 2023; Special Meeting - Council Retreat of February 2, 2023; Work Session of 
February 6, 2023; Work Session of February 9, 2023; Work Session of February 23, 2023; 
and Regular Meeting of February 23, 2023. 
 
Consent Agenda Motion and Vote  
Councilmember Stewart moved to approve the Consent Agenda of the March 20, 2023, Regular 
City Council Meeting; Seconded by Vice Mayor Orlando.  
 
Motion carried unanimously (7-0).
