In April 2023, nine (9) households made nine (9) reports regarding aircraft activity. Seven (7) reports
were for aircraft noise. Two (2) reports were for aircraft traffic. Two (2) households were repeat

➢ First complainant reported a loud aircraft doing patten work early on a Saturday morning. Flight
tracking indicated the CHD based twin-engine aircraft was conducting pattern work at 5:30AM.
All data revealed the aircraft was operating at regulatory altitudes.
➢ Second complainant reported repeated aircraft noise in proximity to the residence but left very
little details. Multiple messages to the complainant that went un-returned. Hotline call was
logged.
➢ Complainants #3, #4, #5 and #6 reported the same “extremely loud” aircraft repeatedly flying
over the neighborhood on a Sunday morning. Flight tracking revealed a Scottsdale-based T-6
Texan did six circuits in the pattern and then landed and parked at the Hangar Café. All data
revealed that the aircraft was at regulatory altitudes during the pattern work.
➢ Complainants #6 and #7 live nearly a block away from each other and inquired if the north traffic
pattern had change due to the increase of aircraft traffic. Both complainants live just north of
the Hwy 202 and Cooper Road area and were provided the CHD Traffic Pattern graphic
indicating the circuit of the north runway.
