Resolution 5691 Strategic Framework

RESOLUTION NO. 5691 
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHANDLER, 
ARIZONA, APPROVING THE CITY COUNCIL STRATEGIC FRAMEWORK 
FOR 2023-2025. 
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted a City Council Strategic Framework in 2019 and updated 
that document in 2021 to outline its vision, brand statement, strategic policy goals and focus areas 
that guide policy decisions and investments in the community; and  
WHEREAS, the City Council held a retreat on February 1-2, 2023, which included discussions 
that identified desired updates to the previously adopted City Council Strategic Framework; and  
WHEREAS, the City Council held a work session on March 23, 2023, during which it reviewed 
updates that would be made to the City Council Strategic Framework for 2023-2025.  
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Chandler, Arizona, 
as follows:  
Section 1. 
Approves and adopts the City Council Strategic Framework for 2023-25 attached 
hereto. 
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Chandler, Arizona, this ____ day
