1. Litigation--A.R.S. Section 38-431.03(A)(1) and (A)(4) – Discussion and consultation with the City
Attorney for legal advice and consideration of the City’s position and instructions to legal
counsel regarding the public body’s position in pending litigation, City of Chandler v. Roosevelt
Water Conservation District.

Action Agenda Motion and Vote
Councilmember Stewart moved to hold an Executive Session Meeting immediately following the
Special Meeting; seconded by Vice Mayor Orlando.
Motion carried unanimously (6-0).
