In May 2023, seven (7) households made seven (7) reports regarding aircraft activity. Six (6) reports
were for aircraft noise. One (1) report was for low-flying aircraft. Four (4) households were repeat

➢ Complainants #1 through #6 reported “extremely loud” aircraft again repeatedly flying over the
neighborhood on a Sunday morning. Flight tracking revealed a Scottsdale-based T-6 Texan did
four (4) circuits in the traffic pattern of both runways and then left the airspace and landed
Stellar Airport. All data revealed that the aircraft was at regulatory altitudes during the pattern
work.
➢ Seventh complainant reported repeated low-flying aircraft in proximity to the residence. Flight
tracking for the proceeding 10 days revealed that all aircraft were at or above regulatory
altitudes.
