The meeting was called to order by Vice Chair Lynn at 9:57 a.m.

Discuss Community Outreach opportunities 
 
Chair Grieve will be the contact for the Chandler Unified School District – and bring dates/times 
for Teen Healthy Relationships for 2023-2024 school year to our July Domestic Violence 
Commission meeting.   
 
Turn Chandler Purple – October 2023 – Discussion about doing proclamation at October 
Council Meeting and then have lighting afterwards. Vice Chair Lynn will contact Chamber of 
Commerce to speak with restaurants and companies in the downtown area asking to join in 
the Turn Chandler Purple event.

Need purple DV shirts for new members.  
 
March or October - Walk for Domestic Violence Event 
 
Check with other cities to see what they do for Domestic Violence awareness
