Buffalo St. Chandler, AZ 85225 Re: One Chandler – PLH22-0071 On behalf of the Chandler Chamber of Commerce, I am writing to express our support for One Chandler, the proposed mixed-use development at the southeast corner of Chandler Boulevard and Arizona Avenue in Downtown Chandler. The proposed development is exactly the kind of urban-oriented, high-quality development that will enrich the Downtown Chandler environment and help it reach its full economic potential. The Chamber is in support of One Chandler development as outlined in the Chandler Chamber “How We Stand” Legislative document regarding downtown development, housing, job creation and high-quality growth that the City of Chandler needs to continue cultivating a vibrant, thriving downtown environment. One Chandler is a groundbreaking development for Downtown Chandler. The mix of ground- floor retail opportunities, boutique office space, and luxury multi-family residences in a beautifully designed vertical mixed-use development will serve as an excellent gateway to downtown and a model for urban development in the City of Chandler.
