Motion to approve minutes of the February 23 meeting carried unanimously (4-0).
Action Agenda
1. The committee reviewed the slate for the executive committee appointments and
recommended that it move forward. They discussed recommending to the executive
committee that this committee be moved to two-year terms instead of one-year terms.

1. Update on active Board Member applications
a. There are still two prospective applicants that need to be contacted. Susan
Baker has encouraged a colleague to apply.
2. Board Member Survey
a. The survey is open for board members to respond. An ideal response rate
would be 85%. Results will be discussed at the June board meeting.
Member Comments/Announcements
Chris reminded the committee that the committee meeting in June will be canceled.
Calendar
The next regular meeting will be held on September 28 at 4:15 p.m., in the Chandler
Museum, Saguaro Room, 300 S. Chandler Village Drive.
