The meeting was called to order at 6:00 nm.
Present:
Jared (Bottle & Bean, Agent), Lawrence (Bottle & Bean, Owner), Katie (Bottle & Bean, Events
Director), Lori (Bottle & Bean, GM), Harley (City of Chandler, Planner), and various neighbors —
see attached roster.

Donna — Love's the Cay’s, concerned loud music may create safety concerns + loud music
is a concern in and of itself — owner addressed concerns.
Sandy — No outdoor music, points to other businesses in the area, thinks this will make
property values decrease — owner addressed concerns.
Jim — Shares Sandy’s concerns, requests the music faces away from (or points in the
opposite direction) of the residences — owner addressed concerns.
Debra — No outdoor rooftop music — no amplified music — owner addressed concerns.

Ichn — Most of his concerns have already been expressed, but wanted te know if the
rooftop would be private events only and wanted to know the seating capacity of the
roof — owner addressed concerns.
Ronnie — Stated he has problems with the Living Room (a restaurant in the area) and is
very concerned about the loitering in the parking lot after the businesses close — owner
addressed concerns.
Linda — Supports no amplified music — owner addressed concerns.
Christine — Likes the idea of music if the music is tasteful and at a reasonable volume.
Jim — Thinks the current restaurants in the area are too loud — supports acoustic music —
no roofton amplified music — owner addressed concerns.
Brenda — Wants time constraints, and decent volume of the music — owner addressed
concerns.
Dan — Wanted another notice, an updated notice with what we discussed at the
meeting. City Planner, Harley addressed concerns.
Carrie — Concerns are music volume, quality of music, time frame, not too early, not too
late, and main concern is loitering.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:01 pm.
