Briefing 
1. Update on active Board Member applications

a. The committee has twelve applications to review.  Applicants will be contacted 
in the next couple of weeks so that all applications can be reviewed at the next 
meeting. 
 
 
2. Applicant Phone Interview Questions 
a. The committee discussed the current phone interview questions and suggested 
updates to provide more focus on fundraising experience.   
 
3. Dates and Times for Meeting 
a. The committee agreed to continue to meet at the same date and time moving 
forward.  The charter for the committee only requires quarterly meetings, so 
the meeting schedule may change if there is insufficient business to discuss.  
 
Member Comments/Announcements 
Susan Baker asked if there is a specific give/get requirement for board members. Board 
members are encouraged to give annually at a level that is significant to them. The committee 
discussed bringing forward some educational information at a future board meeting to 
outline different ways for board members to give.   
 
Calendar 
The next regular meeting will be held on October 26 at 4:15 p.m., in the Chandler Museum, 
Saguaro Room, 300 S. Chandler Village Drive.
