AMENDMENT No. 1
to
Data Sharing Agreement No. DUA00000178
between
The Arizona Board of Regents for and on behalf of Arizona State University
and
City of Chandler acting through its Police Department

This Amendment Number 1 amends Data Sharing Agreement No. DUAQQ000178, (“Agreement”) that was
effective November 5, 2018 between City of Chandler acting through its Police Department (“Sponsor”) and
The Arizona Board of Regents for and on behalf of Arizona State University (“ASU”),

WHEREAS, under Section 1 TERM OF THE AGREEMENT, the Parties agreed that the term of the Agreement
shail remain in effect for a period of five (5} years unless otherwise terminated, canceled, or extended; and

WHEREAS, the Parties now wish to extend the Agreement for an additional five (5) years, as set forth in this
First Amendment; and

WHEREAS, the Parties are duly authorized under Arizona Revised Statutes (“A.R.S.”) §§ 11-951 through 11-954
and empowered by state law or their respective charters to extend the Agreement.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the mutual agreements and covenants hereinafter set

forth, and intending to be legally bound, the Parties hereby agree to extend the Agreement until November 2,
2028.

Except as expressly set forth herein, all other provisions set forth in the aforementioned Agreement, shall
remain the same.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have caused this Amendment to be executed by their duly authorized
representatives. Amendment effective the date of last signature by the authorized representatives.
