CITY OF CHANDLER 
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO AMEND THE 
CITYWIDE FEE SCHEDULE 
 
 
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT at a Regular Meeting of the Chandler City Council to be held 
in the Council Chambers, 88 E. Chicago Street, on Thursday, October 19, 2023, at 6:00 p.m., 
it is the City Council’s intention to amend the Citywide Fee Schedule relating to the Public 
Works and Utilities Department Solid Waste Division fees which will be effective January 1, 
2024. This Council agenda item will appear as an action item to allow an opportunity for 
public comment. 
 
A copy of the document supporting the proposed new and modified fees is available in the 
office of the City Clerk and on the City’s website.
