Applicant has no existing facilities within City of Chandler jurisdiction, nor any sites within ¼ mile from 
jurisdictional lines. 
 
Please see below map indicating existing an inventory of all existing vertical towers or structures 
that are equal to or higher than the height of any proposed tower within one (1) square mile of the proposed 
location regardless of jurisdiction. Verizon Wireless already has installed antennas on these existing sites 
and these existing sites are not providing the necessary coverage that the proposed cellular facility will. 
 
Existing Site #1: Two 101’ Monopoles (25015 S MCQUEEN Rd) 
Existing Site #2: 60’ Monopalm (2945 E RIGGS Rd)
