The Stillery Entertainment Use Permit (extension) + Series 6 Bar Use Permit Narrative The Stillery, which occupies approximately 5,600 square feet on the south side of the free- standing building at 130 S. Arizona Avenue, Suite 4, has operated with a series 12 liquor license since October, 2020. The restaurant serves delicious, freshly-prepared food and creative drinks in its large dining room and patio, and features live music from local and touring professional artists and bands seven days a week. The Stillery has applied to extend its current Entertainment Use Permit for indoor entertainment and outdoor speakers and for a Use Permit to allow a series 6 liquor license. The restaurant will continue to operate with its full menu of “chef’s comfort food” throughout the day and evening, including brick-fired pizzas, artisan burgers, fresh salads, and innovative appetizers. All employees who handle alcohol will be trained in legal and responsible alcohol sales. The restaurant’s current hours of operation are below. Live entertainment varies throughout the week. Changing the restaurant’s series 12 license to a series 6 license will not be detrimental to persons residing or working near the restaurant, to adjacent properties or surrounding neighborhood, or to the public welfare in general.
