CITY OF CHANDLER 
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO AMEND  
CITYWIDE UTILITY RATES 
 
 
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT at a Regular Meeting of the Chandler City Council to be held 
in the Council Chambers, 88 E. Chicago Street, on Thursday, October 19, 2023, at 6:00 p.m., 
it is the City Council’s intention to amend Solid Waste, Water, Wastewater and Reclaimed 
Water Utilities rates which will be effective January 1, 2024.  A Public Hearing will also be held 
on Thursday October 19, 2023, at a Regular Meeting of the City Council to be held in the 
Council Chambers, 88 E. Chicago Street at 6:00 p.m. to hear and receive written comments 
regarding the proposed increase to certain Water, Wastewater, Reclaimed Water and Solid 
Waste rates.  
 
A copy of the documents supporting the Increase to Certain Water, Wastewater, Reclaimed 
Water, and Solid Waste Rates will be available in the office of the City Clerk commencing 
August 18, 2023 and are available online on the 2024 Utility Rate Changes webpage.
