September Cultural Foundation Special Events Meeting Minutes • Jeanne Forbis made a motion to approve the meeting minutes from the September 6, 2023, Special Events Meeting. • Patti Serrano seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously, 9-0. The minutes were approved as written. Action Agenda • None Briefing 2. Tickets and Table Sales • The committee reviewed confirmed table and seat sales. 3. Food, Beverage & Decorating • The committee discussed the October 21 set-up and timeline for decorating the lobby and mainstage. 4. Mystery Boxes • Committee members gave Debbie Rubenstrunk their mystery box items. Calendar The next Special Events meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, November 15, 2023, at 8:00 a.m. This will be a virtual meeting.
