Set an Executive Session 
1. Litigation--A.R.S. Section 38-431.03(A)(3) and (A)(4) – Discussion and consultation with legal 
counsel for legal advice regarding pending or contemplated litigation relating to class action 
lawsuits involving (1) In re LIBOR-Based Financial Instruments Antitrust Litigation, multi-district 
litigation (“MDL”) No. 2262, pending in the United States District Court for the Southern District 
of New York; and (2) In re Aqueous Film-Forming Foams Products Liability, multi-district litigation 
(“MDL”) No. 2873, pending in the Untied States District Court for the District of South Carolina. 
 
2. Real Property--A.R.S. Section 38-431.03(A)(3) and (A)(7) – Discussion and consultation with legal 
counsel for legal advice and with designated representatives of the City in order to consider its 
position and instruct its representatives regarding negotiations for the purchase of real 
property for development.

Action Agenda Motion and Vote 
Vice Mayor Orlando moved to hold an Executive Session Meeting immediately following the Special 
Meeting; seconded by Councilmember Poston.  
 
Motion carried unanimously (7-0).
