Lola’s Liquors is an extension of premise of Field Restaurant Concepts dba Murphy’s Law located at 58 S. San Marcos Place, Chandler AZ 85225. This business, Lola’s Liquors, is an exclusive bar located at 64 S San Marcos Place. It is a 2257 Square Foot remodel of an existing 3150 square foot white shell building. It resides in the CCD (Chandler Commercial District) zoning area and all construction was completed to the V-B fully sprinkled building classification. Lola’s is an A-2 occupancy type per 2021 IBC section 303.3 giving it an occupancy load of 61 with approximately (8) employees working. Parking is available per the CCD area and is available during hours of operation from (4pm to midnight). All zoning codes were met during the review and permitting process as well as confirmed during on site inspections. 1. An upscale concept that serves a variety of food options as well as craft cocktails. i. Extension of premise that will operate under an existing liquor license ii. Extension of premise that will operate under the same company and/or business license as a separate dba for accounts payable & receivable purposes. 2. Entertainment i. While operating under the current liquor licenses assigned to Field Restaurant Concepts LLC, Lola's Liquors may have a variety of floor performers who will be 1099 entertainers. The performers will not produce noise so as not to disrupt the counter part of Field Restaurant Concepts. Floor entertainers may dance, interact with guests or walk around dressed up. They will not be mic'd up. ii. Entertainment will vary depending on performers; however, it is slated to be 15 minute shows every hour from 6pm to 11pm on days we are open. iii. Performance area highlighted on layout 3. Business Operations i. Hours of operations are as follows: Thursday through Sunday from 4pm until Midnight. They will be staggered 90 minute reservations with the last party being sat at 11pm. ii. The team will consist of roughly 10 to 15 employees with an estimated 8 team members working on one shift. Field Restaurant Concepts holds a series six liquor license. The extension of Field Restaurant Concepts dba Lola’s Liquors will offer select food options as well as an exclusive, but limited, cocktail menu. All employees will receive liquor certificates and undergo respective training, as do all current Field Restaurant Concepts employees.
