commercial retail no change • Buildings exceeding 55 feet in height screening can be reduced if equipment is located as to not be visible *Economic Vitality Subcommittee added “when abutting residential, all equipment shall be completely screened” Revise Uses Permitted in Non-residential Properties Proposed: • Reorganized table to group common uses; easy to navigate • Added relevant uses such as brewery, cloud kitchens, film studios, & adult day center • Permit greater amount of ancillary uses such as office within industrial; 40% Signs Economic Vitality Subcommittee concerns about length temporary signs could occur.
