Ground Lease Amendment

AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO 
FIRST AMENDED AND RESTATED 
CITY OF CHANDLER GROUND LEASE NUMBER 017 
 
1. 
The City of Chandler, an Arizona municipal corporation (“Landlord”) and Chandler Aviation 
Services, Inc., an Arizona corporation (“Tenant”) (collectively, the “Parties”) entered into 
that First Amended and Restated City of Chandler Ground Lease Number 017, effective 
July 1, 2017 (the “Lease”). 
 
2. 
The Parties agree to replace the original Exhibit “D” with the revised Exhibit “DD” attached 
to this Amendment No. 1. 
 
3. 
The above contains all the changes to the Lease made by this Amendment No. 1. All other 
terms and conditions of the Lease shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect as 
executed by the Parties. 
 
4. 
The Parties have authorized the undersigned to execute this Amendment No. 1 which will 
be effective upon date of the last signature.
