RESOLUTION NO. 5775 
 
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHANDLER, 
ARIZONA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF 
AGREEMENT NO. HR3-953-4609 WITH NATIONWIDE RETIREMENT 
SOLUTIONS, INC., FOR ADMINISTRATIVE, INVESTMENT, AND TRUST 
SERVICES FOR THE CITY OF CHANDLER DEFERRED COMPENSATION 
457(b) 
PLAN 
AND 
POST-EMPLOYMENT 
HEALTH 
PLAN, 
AND 
AUTHORIZING 
THE 
CITY 
MANAGER 
TO 
EXECUTE 
RELATED 
DOCUMENTS. 
 
WHEREAS, the City provides a Deferred Compensation 457(b) Plan (“457 Plan”) and Post-
Employment Health Plan (“PEHP”) for City employees and officials; and 
 
WHEREAS, the City wishes to enter a new services agreement with Nationwide Retirement 
Solutions, Inc., for administrative, investment, and trust services for the 457 Plan and PEHP.  
 
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Chandler, Arizona, 
as follows: 
 
Section 1.  
Agreement No. HR3-953-4609 with Nationwide Retirement Solutions, Inc., 
attached hereto as Exhibit A, is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized to 
execute the Agreement. 
 
Section 2.  
The City Manager, or the City Manager’s designee, is authorized to execute all 
required plan documents related to the administrative, investment, and trust 
services provided by Nationwide Retirement Solutions, Inc., for the City’s 457 Plan 
and PEHP, and execute extensions of the Agreement.
