Motion to approve DV Commission Subcommittee Minutes of November 8th, 2023. Motion: Commissioner Lim Seconded: Commissioner Imam Unanimous approval 3. Motion to approve DV Commission Minutes of December 13th, 2023. Motion: Commissioner Curtis Seconded: Commissioner Imam Unanimous approval 4. Motion to approve DV Commission Subcommittee Minutes of December 13th, 2023. Motion: Vice Chair Codkind Seconded: Commissioner Curtis Unanimous approval 5. Motion to approve DV Commission Subcommittee Minutes of January 10, 2024. Motion: Commissioner Tan Lim Seconded: Vice Chair Codkind Unanimous approval Discussion Chandler Unified School District Healthy Relationships – Commissioner Fessel will be the contact person. Vice Chair Codkind has educational items. Proclamations - Child Abuse Awareness Month, Sexual Assault Awareness Month and Domestic Violence Awareness Month – still need. Chair Grieve will draft the Sexual Assault Awareness Proclamation and Vice Chair Codkind will draft the Child Abuse Awareness Month. Domestic Violence Event 2024 – September 24, 2024 – coffee/tea service included - Histories of Trauma, a Story of Generations – color scheme – Eventbrite - Save the Date information by Commissioner to send to Katie Cain – Family Tree/colored leaves – PowerPoint - social media sharing/Katie Cain checking – Vice Chair Codkind to check with Commissioner Hinchey regarding panel members –Keynote Speaker Page 3 of 3 Chelsea Grieve/Genograms – Genogram information for tables – after event can be shared with Speakers Bureau/Library. Work on budget for next year’s event.
