1. December 2023 Museum Foundation Governance Subcommittee Meeting Minutes 
 Rich Feely made a motion to approve the meeting minutes of the Museum 
Foundation Governance Subcommittee Meeting of December 11, 2023.  
 Martin Sepulveda seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously (2-0). The 
minutes were approved as written.  
 
Action Agenda  
2. Recommend Governance Subcommittee Charter to Executive Subcommittee for Approval 
 Martin Sepulveda made a motion to recommend the Governance Subcommittee 
Charter to the Executive Subcommittee for approval.

 Rich Feely seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously (2-0).

The Action Item to appoint the Museum Foundation Board Vice-Chair as the Chair for the 
Governance Subcommittee will be on the Museum Foundation Board Meeting schedule for 
Tuesday, January 16, 2024.
