Motion to approve minutes of the September 28, 2023 meeting carried unanimously (3-0).
Action Agenda
Chris motioned to approve meeting dates for the 2024 calendar year. Susan seconded;
motion carried unanimously (3-0).
Briefing
1. Update on active Board Member applications

a. The committee discussed the interviews for active board applicants. The
committee will recommend Jyothi Pathak and Ellie Watland to fill the terms
vacated by Linda Yarbrough and Steena Murray.
b. Four board members will have terms expiring in May 2024. The Board Chair will
reach out to ask those members if they would consider renewing. Michelle will
make recommendations and work with the Clerk’s Office on the appointment
timeline.
