1. Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03(A)(4) – for discussion or consultation 
with the City Attorney to consider its position and instruct its City Attorneys regarding the City’s 
position in pending or contemplated litigation or in settlement discussions conducted in order 
to avoid or resolve litigation the matter of Allstate Insurance Co. v. City of Chandler 
 
Action Agenda Motion and Vote 
Councilmember Stewart moved to hold an Executive Session Meeting immediately following the 
Special Meeting; seconded by Councilmember Poston.  
 
Motion carried unanimously (7-0).
