April 25, 2024, Chandler Cultural Foundation Special Events Meeting Minutes Susan Baker made a motion to approve the meeting minutes from the April 25, 2024, Special Events Meeting. Ellie Watland seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously, 9-0. The minutes were approved as written. Action Agenda None Briefing 2. Center Stage, October 20, 2024 Entertainment A survey sent out to all members determined the 1920s Paris theme. Terri Rettig presented entertainment options, which included We3, Jessica Fichot, and Hot Club of San Francisco. To keep dollars spent local, it was unanimously decided to choose We3 for the entertainment. 3. Ticket and Table Prospects Debbie Rubenstrunk reviewed ticket and table prospects with the committee and will reach out directly for sign-ups. 4. Assests Debbie Rubenstrunk provided a brief overview of the types of assets the marketing team can create for committee members to share online. Susan Baker noted that most of We3’s fan base is in Scottsdale and suggested providing them with marketing materials to help sell the $200.00 tickets. 5. Mystery Boxes Debbie Rubenstrunk talked about the donation form and brainstormed ideas on how to solicit donations. Susan Baker contributed a gift card as the first donation, and Jyoti Pathak offered life coaching services. Debbie will follow up with committee members regarding the Mystery Boxes.
