This is malicious intent for the property owner of PIN #201-21-014A to encroach on my property to push the federal road, known as 112" Ave away from his/her property and onto mine. According to Maricopa County Ordinance P-34, the County is required to serve notice to all abutting property owners. Comments or objections may be submitted in writing to MCDOT at the address listed below before Monday, September 25, 2023, to ensure timely delivery to the Board of Supervisors. After that date, comments should be provided to the Board of Supervisors during the public hearing at the time and date listed below.
