In June 2024, two (3) households made three (3) reports regarding aircraft activity – Two (2) reports were for aircraft noise and one (1) report was for low-flying aircraft. All three (3) households were repeat residences. Previous Caller (Daytime) Previous Caller (Nighttime) New Caller (Daytime) New Caller (Nighttime) Meeting Date: August 14, 2024 First household reported noise from aircraft passing over. Flight tracking data revealed all aircraft at or above regulatory altitudes. This residence is positioned between the extended centerlines of both runways a mile southwest of the airport. Most of the aircraft encountered were conducting pattern work. Second household reported a low-flying helicopter that overflew the residence. Flight tracking revealed that this CHD based helicopter was above regulatory altitude. Third household reported a loud aircraft doing repeated flyovers after 10PM. Aircraft flight tracking revealed that a CHD based aircraft was conducting pattern work and landed at approximately 10:26PM. Aircraft was at regulatory traffic pattern altitudes.
