Committee member Fortner motioned to approve meeting minutes from the May 14, 2024
regular meeting. Second by Committee member Hespel. Motion passed unanimously.
2. Approve Scholarship and Stipend Program Applications – none received.

The committee discussed the upcoming Golf Challenge and decided to explore seat covers
as the giveaway item, with the second choice being a Bluetooth speaker.

The committee requested the agenda item discussing goals be moved to the next meeting.
5. The committee requested the agenda item discussing meeting time and location be moved
to the next meeting.
